  • Groats (Mix of: wheet, barley, rye) -

Cooking instructions

  • Bake salmon in an aluminium foil for 20 minutes at 180 C, cover the fish in Teriyaki sauce beforehand (alternatively you can use some other of your favorite spices or sauce).
  • Prepare salad.
  • Boil groats.
