Salmon with mushrooms and leek

Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper, wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Fry the chopped leek, add 5 mushrooms and sauté all together. Add pepper, and at the end of cooking add a spoon of Greek yogurt blended with a spoon of cornstarch and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
