Cooking instructions

  • Sprinkle salmon and bake wrapped in aluminum foil for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Fry onion, red bell pepper, garlic, tomato, peas, pearl barley, and a glass of water. Stew as long as it is needed for the groats to be ready.
  • Serve with cooked broccoli.
