Salmon with pearl barley and vegetables

- Parsley –
- Dill –
- Basil –
- Rosemary –
- Mint –
- Lemon juice –
- Onion –
- Red bell pepper –
- Garlic –
- Tomato –
- Peas –
- Barley groats –
- Broccoli –
Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle salmon and bake wrapped in aluminum foil for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Fry onion, red bell pepper, garlic, tomato, peas, pearl barley, and a glass of water. Stew as long as it is needed for the groats to be ready.
- Serve with cooked broccoli.
