Teriyaki Salmon with aromatic chickpeas

Cooking instructions
- Cook chickpeas. Mix chickpeas with garlic and thyme.
- Cover salmon with a thin layer of Teriyaki sauce, wrap it in aluminum foil. Then bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- White cabbage: shred cabbage, put it into the pot, cover with water and simmer approximately 1.5 hours (until it is soft). Grate an apple, finely chop an onion and add the cabbage, white pepper, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar. Simmer until everything is thoroughly mixed and soft.
