Cooking instructions

  • Bake salmon in aluminium foil with dill and bay leaf (180 degrees, 25 minutes).
  • Spinach (I have used baby spinach, half a package), fresh mint (large handful or two), two spoons of capers, lemon juice and 1/2 spoon of olive oil. Mix all together. Put on the salmon on a plate.
  • Additionally:
    • Salad: cucumber, cabbage, natural yogurt, cumin.
    • Beetroot with horseradish.
    • Boil quinoa.
