Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet -
  • Buckwheat groats -
  • Agaricus mushrooms -
  • Leek -
  • Parsley -
  • Tarragon -
  • Eggs -

Cooking instructions

  • Cook buckwheat.
  • Fry mushrooms.
  • Stir buckwheat with mushrooms, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and tarragon.
  • Add two eggs and mix thoroughly.
  • Put everything into a casserole dish. Place the salmon cut into strips on top. Sprinkle with dill and insert into a preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, add sliced mozzarella on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
