Baked salmon with baked buckwheat

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet -
- Buckwheat groats -
- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Leek -
- Parsley -
- Tarragon -
- Eggs -
- Mozzarella -
Cooking instructions
- Cook buckwheat.
- Fry mushrooms.
- Stir buckwheat with mushrooms, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and tarragon.
- Add two eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Put everything into a casserole dish. Place the salmon cut into strips on top. Sprinkle with dill and insert into a preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add sliced mozzarella on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
