Shrimps and pearl barley

Ingredients
- Barley groats - 1/2 glasses
- Green asparagus - 4 - 5 pieces
- Red bell pepper - 1 pieces
- Lemon peel - 1 teaspoons
- Optional salt - 1 pinches
- Shrimps - 60 - 70 g
- Garlic - 1/2 teaspoons
- Water - 1/3 glasses
- Soy sauce - 1 spoons
- Parsley - 1 teaspoons
Cooking instructions
- Cook pearl barley according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the ends from asparagus and cut into smaller pieces.
- Chop peppers into cubes and fry together with asparagus, add the lemon peel and a pinch of salt (less than 1/2 teaspoon).
- When asparagus softens, add shrimps and garlic. Mix.
- After 3-4 minutes, pour a glass of water and add a spoon of soy sauce.
