Shrimps and pearl barley

Ingredients

  • Barley groats - 1/2 glasses
  • Green asparagus - 4 - 5 pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pieces
  • Lemon peel - 1 teaspoons
  • Optional salt - 1 pinches
  • Shrimps - 60 - 70 g
  • Garlic - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Water - 1/3 glasses
  • Soy sauce - 1 spoons
  • Parsley - 1 teaspoons

Cooking instructions

  • Cook pearl barley according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the ends from asparagus and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Chop peppers into cubes and fry together with asparagus, add the lemon peel and a pinch of salt (less than 1/2 teaspoon).
  • When asparagus softens, add shrimps and garlic. Mix.
  • After 3-4 minutes, pour a glass of water and add a spoon of soy sauce.
  • As the water evaporates, sprinkle with parsley and mix.
