Ingredients

  • Barley groats –
  • Green asparagus –
  • Red bell pepper –
  • Lemon peel –
  • Optional salt –
  • Shrimps –
  • Garlic –
  • Water –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Parsley –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook pearl barley according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the ends from asparagus and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Chop peppers into cubes and fry together with asparagus, add the lemon peel and a pinch of salt (less than 1/2 teaspoon).
  • When asparagus softens, add shrimps and garlic. Mix.
  • After 3-4 minutes, pour a glass of water and add a spoon of soy sauce.
  • As the water evaporates, sprinkle with parsley and mix.
