Sweet and sour shrimps

Ingredients
- Brown rice –
- Red bell pepper –
- Green bell pepper –
- Onion –
- Carrot –
- Ginger –
- Garlic –
- Cayenne pepper –

- Soy sauce –
- Water –
Cooking instructions
- Cook brown rice.
- Cut peppers (red and green), onion, and carrot. Put vegetables into a pan on a little hot oil. Add ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper. At the end, add shrimps (I used frozen ones, let them unfreeze for a while before usage).
- Pour a spoon of soy sauce, and half a glass of water. Mix and simmer until water evaporates.
