Ingredients

  • Brown rice –
  • Red bell pepper –
  • Green bell pepper –
  • Onion –
  • Carrot –
  • Ginger –
  • Garlic –
  • Cayenne pepper –
  • Shrimps –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Water –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook brown rice.
  • Cut peppers (red and green), onion, and carrot. Put vegetables into a pan on a little hot oil. Add ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper. At the end, add shrimps (I used frozen ones, let them unfreeze for a while before usage).
  • Pour a spoon of soy sauce, and half a glass of water. Mix and simmer until water evaporates.
