Cooking instructions
- Cut salmon fillet into smaller pieces.
- Slice and fry celery and onion.
- Mix together the chopped salmon, celery, onion, and add egg, parsley, lemon juice, and pepper.
- Shape into cutlets, place them on a baking sheet (aluminum foil) and bake for 10-15 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
