Grilled salmon on arugula with pearl barley

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet - 400 g
- Lemon pepper - 1 teaspoons
- Lemon - 4 slices
- Dill - 1 bunches
- Napa cabbage - 1/3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 pieces
- Mango - 1/2 pieces
- Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 spoons
- Lemon juice - 1 spoons
- Black pepper - 1 pinches
- Barley groats - 1/2 glasses
- Red cabbage salad - 3 - 4 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle the salmon with lemon pepper and grill on a grill pan (few minutes on each side), served with a slice of lemon and fresh dill (I have added also arugula)
- Boil pearl barley.
- Prepare mango salad.
- Grate everything.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.
