Grilled salmon on arugula with pearl barley

- Napa cabbage –

- Greek yogurt –
- Lemon juice –
- Black pepper –
- Barley groats –
- Red cabbage salad –
Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle the salmon with lemon pepper and grill on a grill pan (few minutes on each side), served with a slice of lemon and fresh dill (I have added also arugula)
- Boil pearl barley.
- Prepare mango salad.
- Grate everything.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.
