- Brown sugar –
- Dark chocolate –
Cooking instructions
- Mix the creme cheese with sugar, egg and pudding. Add raspberries and mix gently with a spoon. Put the mass into baking trays. Bake for one hour at 180 degrees.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour over the cheesecake.
