Ingredients
- Onion –
- Red bell pepper –
- Yellow bell pepper –
- Garlic –
- Zucchini –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Rosemary –
- Thyme –
- Cod fillet –
- Lemon pepper –
- Dill –
Cooking instructions
- Cut and fry onion and peppers (yellow and red). Add garlic and sliced zucchini.
- After a few minutes add the tomatoes, rosemary, and thyme (you can add also any favorite spices). Boil for a moment.
- Transfer the vegetables to a casserole dish, arrange fish fillets on the top (I have sprinkled the fish with lemon pepper and dill).
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
