- Cod fillet -
- White pepper -
- Thyme -
- Dill -
- Red onion -
- Spinach -
- Dried tomatoes -
- Lemon juice -
- Sunflower seeds -
- Red lentil -
Cooking instructions
- Season cod fillets with: white pepper, thyme, dill. Wrap fillets in aluminum foil (each separately) and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Prepare red lentils according to the recipe on the package.
- Spinach: fry red onion, add spinach, fry a while, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, juice of 1/4 lemon and sunflower seeds.
