Cooking instructions

  • Season cod fillets with: white pepper, thyme, dill. Wrap fillets in aluminum foil (each separately) and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Prepare red lentils according to the recipe on the package.
  • Spinach: fry red onion, add spinach, fry a while, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, juice of 1/4 lemon and sunflower seeds.
