Ingredients

  • Black rice –
  • Celery –
  • Carrot –
  • Green olives –
  • Natural yogurt –
  • Lemon juice –
  • Corn starch –
  • Tuna steak –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook black rice according to directions on package.
  • Chop finely stalk celery, cut carrots into bars, then fry in a pan for a moment.
  • Add chopped green olives and simmer everything together.
  • At the end reduce the power, and add the following mixture: a spoon of natural yogurt, lemon juice out of a half lemon, a half spoon of cornstarch; and mix everything together thoroughly until it reaches a uniform thick consistency.
  • Finally, serve black rice, a piece of white tuna (I have used tuna in olive oil), and the prepared sauce together.
