Black rice with tuna and vegetables

Ingredients
- Black rice –
- Celery –
- Carrot –
- Green olives –
- Natural yogurt –
- Lemon juice –
- Corn starch –
- Tuna steak –
Cooking instructions
- Cook black rice according to directions on package.
- Chop finely stalk celery, cut carrots into bars, then fry in a pan for a moment.
- Add chopped green olives and simmer everything together.
- At the end reduce the power, and add the following mixture: a spoon of natural yogurt, lemon juice out of a half lemon, a half spoon of cornstarch; and mix everything together thoroughly until it reaches a uniform thick consistency.
- Finally, serve black rice, a piece of white tuna (I have used tuna in olive oil), and the prepared sauce together.
