Cooking instructions

  • Blend together 200 g of sunflower seeds, 100 g figs and 100 g dates.
  • Smear coconut oil on the bottom of the form.
  • Put the mass in the form, spreading it evenly in the form.
  • Blend 300 grams of cashew (soaked overnight) with 200 g of quark.
  • Add the lemon juice, 4 spoons of coconut oil and 2 spoons of agave syrup.
  • Put the cashew mass in the form and fridge for several hours.
  • On the top you can place your favourite fruits or sliced jelly.
