Cashew cheese tart on dates and figs

- Sunflower seeds –

- Dried dates –
- Coconut oil –
- Cashew nuts –
- Quark –
- Lemon juice –
- Coconut oil –
- Agave syrup –
- Gooseberry jelly –
- Raspberry jelly –
Cooking instructions
- Blend together 200 g of sunflower seeds, 100 g figs and 100 g dates.
- Smear coconut oil on the bottom of the form.
- Put the mass in the form, spreading it evenly in the form.
- Blend 300 grams of cashew (soaked overnight) with 200 g of quark.
- Add the lemon juice, 4 spoons of coconut oil and 2 spoons of agave syrup.
- Put the cashew mass in the form and fridge for several hours.
- On the top you can place your favourite fruits or sliced jelly.
