Cold cheesecake with raisins

Cooking instructions
- Prepare the jelly and let it settle.
- Stirr egg yolks and stevia.
- Dissolve gelatin in heated milk, and then add to the prepared egg yolks.
- Add homogenized cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Whip egg whites and add to the mixture constantly stirring.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and put in a fridge for a few hours. Cut the jelly into cubes and place on top of the cheesecake.
