Cooking instructions

  • Prepare the jelly and let it settle.
  • Stirr egg yolks and stevia.
  • Dissolve gelatin in heated milk, and then add to the prepared egg yolks.
  • Add homogenized cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Whip egg whites and add to the mixture constantly stirring.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and put in a fridge for a few hours. Cut the jelly into cubes and place on top of the cheesecake.
