- Garlic –

Cooking instructions
- Dip 1
- Mix Greek yogurt with garlic, grated cucumber, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Dip 2
- Sprinkle bell pepper (after seeds removal) with olive oil.
- Bake for a half an hour.
- Cool down the pepper.
- Cut and fry red onion, then add tomatoes.
- Peel the pepper, cut it, and add to the pan.
- Add herbs.
- Stew until bell pepper is soft.
- Blend everything.
