Cooking instructions

  • Dip 1
    • Mix Greek yogurt with garlic, grated cucumber, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Dip 2
    • Sprinkle bell pepper (after seeds removal) with olive oil.
    • Bake for a half an hour.
    • Cool down the pepper.
    • Cut and fry red onion, then add tomatoes.
    • Peel the pepper, cut it, and add to the pan.
    • Add herbs.
    • Stew until bell pepper is soft.
    • Blend everything.
    • Cool down.
