Ingredients

  • Spinach -
  • Garlic -
  • Salt -
  • Black pepper -
  • Nutmeg -
  • Dill -
  • Eggs -
  • Cream cheese -
  • Smoked salmon -

Cooking instructions

  • Mix together:
    • 300 g of spinach (if you use frozen spinach, then you need to unfreeze it and drain well)
    • Garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill
    • 3 egg yolks
  • Beat 3 egg whites and mix with spinach, put the mixture on a baking sheet, then bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Smear quark (I have used Philadelphia)on cold spinach sheet and place slices of a smoked salmon.
  • Roll everything and place in the fridge for an hour.
