- Pour oatmeal on the round baking sheet greased with oil. Stew apples with cinnamon and water, and then put them on the oatmeal. (I have used homemade apple jam with cinnamon and no sugar).
- Beat 3 egg with a spoon of honey and put them on the apples.
- Sprinkle oat flakes and finely chopped hazelnuts.
- Bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
