Green lentils with halloumi

Ingredients
- Green lentil –
- Onion –
- Cucumber –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Harissa –
- Halloumi –
- Lemon juice –
- Dill –
- Black pepper –
- Optional salt –
Cooking instructions
- Boil green lentils.
- Fry onion, and add to it:
- ½ cans of tomatoes,
- 1 teaspoon of Harissa paste,
- lemon juice,
- pepper,
- and optionally a pinch of salt.
- Add the cooked lentils and mix everything thoroughly.
- Grill halloumi cheese slices and place on lentils, sprinkle with dill. Serve with slices of fresh cucumber.
