Green lentils with halloumi

Ingredients

  • Green lentil - 80 g
  • Onion - 1/2 pieces
  • Cucumber - 1/3 pieces
  • Canned tomatoes - 1/2 cans
  • Harissa - 1 teaspoons
  • Halloumi - 1 packages
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons
  • Dill - 1 spoons
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Optional salt - 1 pinches

Cooking instructions

  • Boil green lentils.
  • Fry onion, and add to it:
    • ½ cans of tomatoes,
    • 1 teaspoon of Harissa paste,
    • lemon juice,
    • pepper,
    • and optionally a pinch of salt.
  • Add the cooked lentils and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Grill halloumi cheese slices and place on lentils, sprinkle with dill. Serve with slices of fresh cucumber.
