Green lentils with halloumi
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients
- Green lentil - 80 g
- Onion - 1/2 pieces
- Cucumber - 1/3 pieces
- Canned tomatoes - 1/2 cans
- Harissa - 1 teaspoons
- Halloumi - 1 packages
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons
- Dill - 1 spoons
- Black pepper - 1 pinches
- Optional salt - 1 pinches
Cooking instructions
- Boil green lentils.
- Fry onion, and add to it:
- ½ cans of tomatoes,
- 1 teaspoon of Harissa paste,
- lemon juice,
- pepper,
- and optionally a pinch of salt.
- Add the cooked lentils and mix everything thoroughly.
- Grill halloumi cheese slices and place on lentils, sprinkle with dill. Serve with slices of fresh cucumber.
