- Red onion –
- Agaricus mushrooms –

- Parsley –

Cooking instructions
- Boil spelt pasta al dente.
- Fry onion, add mushrooms, cut tomatoes, oregano, and fresh parsley.
- Stew all the ingredients.
- Place pasta to the stewed vegetables.
- Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to casserole dish.
- Cut zucchini, eggplant, and dried tomatoes, and place everything on the pasta.
- Arrange cheese slices on the top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
