Cooking instructions

  • Boil spelt pasta al dente.
  • Fry onion, add mushrooms, cut tomatoes, oregano, and fresh parsley.
  • Stew all the ingredients.
  • Place pasta to the stewed vegetables.
  • Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to casserole dish.
  • Cut zucchini, eggplant, and dried tomatoes, and place everything on the pasta.
  • Arrange cheese slices on the top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
