Cooking instructions
- Peel potatoes, cut into quarters.
- Chop leek finely.
- Clean chanterelle.
- Chop chives.
- Add garlic, pepper, and thyme.
- Put everything into a casserole dish and pour mozzarella cheese mixed with egg.
