Cooking instructions
- Cook brown rice.
- Fry onion with garlic, add chopped zucchini, red peppers, and carrots.
- Pour a glass of water, add 2-3 spoons of soy sauce, add a teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, and black pepper.
