Cooking instructions

  • Cook brown rice.
  • Fry onion with garlic, add chopped zucchini, red peppers, and carrots.
  • Pour a glass of water, add 2-3 spoons of soy sauce, add a teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, and black pepper.
  • At the end of cooking add bamboo shoots.
