Ingredients

  • Napa cabbage –
  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Carrot –
  • Bamboo shoots –
  • Peanut oil –
  • Brown sugar –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Black pepper –
  • Rice paper –
  • Olive oil –
  • Sauce
  • Tomato paste –
  • Honey –
  • Soy sauce –

Cooking instructions

  • Chop napa cabbage (1/2 pieces), mushrooms (60g), carrots (60g), bamboo shoots (large handful).
  • Sauté all vegetables in sequence on peanut oil, add a teaspoon of brown sugar, a spoon of soy sauce, and a little bit pepper. Mix all thoroughly.
  • Cool all down.
  • Prepare rice paper according to directions on package.
  • Place stuffing on rice paper, wrap and arrange them on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
  • Grease spring rolls with olive oil (using a brush).
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Sauce: tomato paste, honey, soy sauce, paprika, and coriander.
