Ingredients
- Napa cabbage –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Carrot –
- Bamboo shoots –
- Peanut oil –
- Brown sugar –
- Soy sauce –
- Black pepper –
- Rice paper –
- Olive oil –

Cooking instructions
- Chop napa cabbage (1/2 pieces), mushrooms (60g), carrots (60g), bamboo shoots (large handful).
- Sauté all vegetables in sequence on peanut oil, add a teaspoon of brown sugar, a spoon of soy sauce, and a little bit pepper. Mix all thoroughly.
- Cool all down.
- Prepare rice paper according to directions on package.
- Place stuffing on rice paper, wrap and arrange them on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
- Grease spring rolls with olive oil (using a brush).
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Sauce: tomato paste, honey, soy sauce, paprika, and coriander.
