Risotto with asparagus and mascarpone

Ingredients

  • Arborio rice -
  • Onion -
  • Agaricus mushrooms -
  • Green asparagus -
  • Marjoram -
  • Oregano -
  • Black pepper -
  • White wine -
  • Mascarpone -

Cooking instructions

  • Prepare arborio rice according to package directions.
  • Chop onion finely and fry.
  • Stew mushrooms.
  • Add cut into 1 cm pieces asparagus, spice up with marjoram, oregano, and black pepper. Then add white wine and simmer.
  • When the rice is ready add it to the mushrooms, and additionally two tablespoons of mascarpone, and mix all thoroughly.
