Risotto with asparagus and mascarpone

Ingredients
- Arborio rice -
- Onion -
- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Green asparagus -
- Marjoram -
- Oregano -
- Black pepper -
- White wine -
- Mascarpone -
Cooking instructions
- Prepare arborio rice according to package directions.
- Chop onion finely and fry.
- Stew mushrooms.
- Add cut into 1 cm pieces asparagus, spice up with marjoram, oregano, and black pepper. Then add white wine and simmer.
- When the rice is ready add it to the mushrooms, and additionally two tablespoons of mascarpone, and mix all thoroughly.
