Cooking instructions
- Boil rice.
- Fry onion with garlic.
- Cut mushrooms and add to the onion.
- Add nutmeg, black pepper, cloves, and cut cashew nuts.
- Remove cloves at the end of stewing.
- Pour white wine and stew everything.
- Add rice, mix all, and add chopped fresh parsley.
