Cooking instructions

  • Boil rice.
  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • Cut mushrooms and add to the onion.
  • Add nutmeg, black pepper, cloves, and cut cashew nuts.
  • Remove cloves at the end of stewing.
  • Pour white wine and stew everything.
  • Add rice, mix all, and add chopped fresh parsley.
