Tart with greek yogurt

Ingredients
- Rice flour - 150 g
- Amaranth flour - 50 g
- Potato flour - 100 g
- Eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 60 g
- Stevia - 50 g
- Greek yogurt - 600 g
- Creamy pudding - 1/2 packages
- Semolina - 2 spoons
- Maple syrup - 2 spoons
- Stevia - 1/3 glasses
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Apple - 1 pieces
- Cinnamon - 1 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Bottom:
- Knead dough, roll in aluminum foil and place to a fridge for at least half an hour.
- Roll out the dough, place it in a form. Prick with a fork. Then bake in 180 degrees for around 10 minutes.
- Yogurt mass:
- Prepare gelatin and cool down.
- Mix everything. Place on the bottom layer of the cake and place for several hours in a fridge.
- Decorate with sliced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
