Ingredients

  • Cake
  • Rice flour - 150 g
  • Amaranth flour - 50 g
  • Potato flour - 100 g
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Stevia - 50 g
  • Mass
  • Greek yogurt - 600 g
  • Creamy pudding - 1/2 packages
  • Semolina - 2 spoons
  • Maple syrup - 2 spoons
  • Stevia - 1/3 glasses
  • Gelatin - 10 g
  • Extras
  • Apple - 1 pieces
  • Cinnamon - 1 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Bottom:
    • Knead dough, roll in aluminum foil and place to a fridge for at least half an hour.
    • Roll out the dough, place it in a form. Prick with a fork. Then bake in 180 degrees for around 10 minutes.
  • Yogurt mass:
    • Prepare gelatin and cool down.
    • Mix everything. Place on the bottom layer of the cake and place for several hours in a fridge.
    • Decorate with sliced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
