Tart with greek yogurt

- Creamy pudding –
- Semolina –
- Maple syrup –

Cooking instructions
- Bottom:
- Knead dough, roll in aluminum foil and place to a fridge for at least half an hour.
- Roll out the dough, place it in a form. Prick with a fork. Then bake in 180 degrees for around 10 minutes.
- Yogurt mass:
- Prepare gelatin and cool down.
- Mix everything. Place on the bottom layer of the cake and place for several hours in a fridge.
- Decorate with sliced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
