- Canned tomatoes –
- Onion –
- Garlic –
- Thyme –

Cooking instructions
- Cut and salt eggplant.
- Cut onion and stew together with garlic for 10-15 minutes.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Cut zucchini and red bell pepper. Fry each separately.
- Wash eggplant to remove salt then fry it.
- Mix all the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes.
