Ingredients

  • Basmati rice - 150 g
  • Green beans - 200 g
  • Tomato - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 pieces
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 cloves
  • Coconut milk - 2 teaspoons
  • Cayenne pepper - 1 pinches
  • Tomato puree - 200 g
  • Greek yogurt - 1/2 glasses
  • Olive oil - 1 spoons
  • Butter - 1 spoons
  • Curry - 1 pinches

Cooking instructions

  • Boil green beans and rice.
  • Melt butter in a pot.
  • Pour olive oil and add cut onion.
  • Add cut tomatoes and carrots.
  • Add Cayenne pepper, tomato puree, and garlic.
  • Cook for few minutes until soft.
  • Add the green beans.
  • Boil everything for a while.
  • Add coconut milk, yogurt, and curry.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve with rice.
