- Green beans –
- Tomato –
- Onion –
- Carrot –
- Garlic –
- Coconut milk –
- Cayenne pepper –
- Tomato puree –
- Greek yogurt –
- Olive oil –
- Butter –
- Curry –
Cooking instructions
- Boil green beans and rice.
- Melt butter in a pot.
- Pour olive oil and add cut onion.
- Add cut tomatoes and carrots.
- Add Cayenne pepper, tomato puree, and garlic.
- Cook for few minutes until soft.
- Add the green beans.
- Boil everything for a while.
- Add coconut milk, yogurt, and curry.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Serve with rice.
