  • Sweet potato - 1 pieces
  • Potato - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 pieces
  • Salt - 1 pinches
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Eggs - 2 - 3 pieces
  • Wholewheat flour - 2 spoons
  • Sauce
  • Agaricus mushrooms - 5 - 6 pieces
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Parsley - 1 handful
  • Greek yogurt - 2 - 3 spoons
  • Salad
  • Napa cabbage - 1/2 pieces
  • Leek - 1/2 pieces
  • Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 spoons
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches

Cooking instructions

Fritters

  • Grate all vegetables: sweet potatoe, 2 potatoes, and onion.
  • Add:
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 2 eggs (or three, if necessary)
    • 2 spoons of whole-wheat flour
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly and fry fritters (on a small amount of oil).

Sauce: sauté mushrooms, add black pepper, fresh parsley, and Greek yogurt

Salad: napa cabbage, leek, Greek yogurt, pepper
