Fritters
- Grate all vegetables: sweet potatoe, 2 potatoes, and onion.
- Add:
- salt
- pepper
- 2 eggs (or three, if necessary)
- 2 spoons of whole-wheat flour
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and fry fritters (on a small amount of oil).
Sauce: sauté mushrooms, add black pepper, fresh parsley, and Greek yogurt
Salad: napa cabbage, leek, Greek yogurt, pepper
