Cooking instructions

  • Bottom:
    • Knead dough.
    • Roll in aluminum foil and place to a fridge for at least half an hour.
    • Roll out the dough, place it in a tart form (greased with butter).
    • Bake for 15 minutes in 200 degrees.
  • Curd mass:
    • Mix everything, place on the chilled bottom layer of the cake and bake for 30 minutes in 180 degrees.
