- Black tagliatelle pasta –
- Olive oil –
- Water –
- Balsamic vinegar –
- Basil –
- Oregano –
- Thyme –
- Garlic –

Cooking instructions
- Marinate the diced tofu over night.
- Cut and salt eggplant. Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Wash eggplant to remove salt then stew it.
- Add cut tomato and tofu.
- Serve with pasta.
