Pasta with mushrooms and spinach

Ingredients
- Tagliatelle pasta –
- Spinach –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Cheese –
- Onion –
- Garlic –
- Greek yogurt –
- Peanut oil –
Cooking instructions
- Fry onion and garlic with peanut oil.
- After a minute, add cut mushrooms and stew for a while.
- Add spinach.
- Grate cheese and add to the pan.
- Pour Greek yogurt, stir continuously and do not allow the sauce to boil.
- Add spinach to boiled pasta, add a bit of salt and pepper, mix everything, and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with basil.
