Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle pasta –
  • Spinach –
  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Cheese –
  • Onion –
  • Garlic –
  • Greek yogurt –
  • Peanut oil –

Cooking instructions

  • Fry onion and garlic with peanut oil.
  • After a minute, add cut mushrooms and stew for a while.
  • Add spinach.
  • Grate cheese and add to the pan.
  • Pour Greek yogurt, stir continuously and do not allow the sauce to boil.
  • Add spinach to boiled pasta, add a bit of salt and pepper, mix everything, and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with basil.
