  • Garlic tagliatelle pasta -
  • Napa cabbage -
  • Zucchini -
  • Dried tomatoes -
  • Agaricus mushrooms -
  • Onion -
  • Basil -
  • Water -

Cooking instructions

  • Boil pasta al dente.
  • Fry cut onion.
  • Add finely chopped napa cabbage and cut mushrooms.
  • Fry everything.
  • Add cut zucchini and pour water.
  • Stew everything until water evaporates.
  • At the end of stewing add cut dried tomatoes and chopped basil leaves.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve with boiled pasta.
