Ingredients

  • Tomato pasta -
  • Shallot -
  • Agaricus mushrooms -
  • Pickled pumpkin -
  • Thyme -
  • Black pepper -
  • Greek yogurt -
  • Lemon juice -
  • Corn starch -
  • Cheese -

Cooking instructions

  • Boil pasta.
  • Fry shallots.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté.
  • Add the diced pumpkin (I have used marinated one).
  • Thyme and black pepper.
  • Add a spoon or two of greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice and a pinch of cornstarch, mix everything thoroughly.
  • You can sprinkle a bit of grated cheese on top of the served dish.
