Pasta with pumpkin and mushrooms

Ingredients
- Tomato pasta –
- Shallot –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Pickled pumpkin –
- Thyme –
- Black pepper –
- Greek yogurt –
- Lemon juice –
- Corn starch –
- Cheese –
Cooking instructions
- Boil pasta.
- Fry shallots.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté.
- Add the diced pumpkin (I have used marinated one).
- Thyme and black pepper.
- Add a spoon or two of greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice and a pinch of cornstarch, mix everything thoroughly.
- You can sprinkle a bit of grated cheese on top of the served dish.
