Cooking instructions
- Cook the pasta according to instructions on package.
- Cut shallots finely and fry on a pan.
- Stew the mushrooms, add fried shallots, soy sauce, coriander, savory, thyme, black pepper, and marjoram.
- Chop sauerkraut.
- Mix the pasta with cabbage and mushrooms. Sprinkle with dried cranberries.
