Cooking instructions
- Cut all the vegetables.
- Fry onion with leek and garlic in coconut oil in a pot.
- Add eggplant, zucchini, and bell pepper to the pot.
- Stew everything for 15 minutes.
- Add cut mushrooms.
- Add blanched and finely chopped tomatoes.
- Add tomato puree, sweet pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
