  • Cayenne pepper –
  • Black pepper –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut all the vegetables.
  • Fry onion with leek and garlic in coconut oil in a pot.
  • Add eggplant, zucchini, and bell pepper to the pot.
  • Stew everything for 15 minutes.
  • Add cut mushrooms.
  • Add blanched and finely chopped tomatoes.
  • Add tomato puree, sweet pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Stew everything for another 20-25 minutes.
