Cooking instructions

  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • Add spinach and stew it.
  • Blend eggplant and cut mushrooms.
  • Add the blended eggplant and mushrooms.
  • Stew everything together.
  • Sauce: blend tofu with cream cheese and egg.
  • Arrange in a casserole dish:

    • lay out half of the stuffing
    • cheese

    • cheese (e.g. mozzarella)

  • Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
