Cooking instructions
- Fry onion with garlic.
- Add spinach and stew it.
- Blend eggplant and cut mushrooms.
- Add the blended eggplant and mushrooms.
- Stew everything together.
- Sauce: blend tofu with cream cheese and egg.
- Arrange in a casserole dish:

- lay out half of the stuffing
