Cooking instructions
- Bottom layer:
- Crush raspberries, add milk and honey, boil stirring constantly.
- Add gradually semolina, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens considerably.
- Set aside to cool.
- Middle layer:
- Top layer:
- Proceed analogically as in the case of the lower layer.
- Prepare a form (I have used a rectangular mold size 30.5 cm).
- Line a mold with baking paper and spread biscuits on the bottom.
- Spread out evenly the cooled mass prepared with raspberries, then the coconut and blueberry mass.
- Pour the prepared icing on the top, and sprinkle with almonds.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
