Ingredients

  • 1st layer
  • Raspberries -

  • Semolina -
  • Honey -
  • 2nd layer
  • Desiccated coconut -
  • Greek yogurt -
  • 3rd layer
  • Blueberries -
  • Milk -
  • Semolina -
  • Honey -
  • Icing
  • Greek yogurt -
  • Gelatin -
  • Almond flakes -

Cooking instructions

  • Bottom layer:
    • Crush raspberries, add milk and honey, boil stirring constantly.
    • Add gradually semolina, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens considerably.
    • Set aside to cool.
  • Middle layer:
    • Mix the ingredients.
  • Top layer:
    • Proceed analogically as in the case of the lower layer.
  • Prepare a form (I have used a rectangular mold size 30.5 cm).
  • Line a mold with baking paper and spread biscuits on the bottom.
  • Spread out evenly the cooled mass prepared with raspberries, then the coconut and blueberry mass.
  • Pour the prepared icing on the top, and sprinkle with almonds.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours.
