Lentils-chickpeas cutlets

Cooking instructions
- Cutlets:
- Cook chickpeas and lentils, leave to cool. (400 g of each cereal, results in about 16 cutlets).
- Blend the cereals.
- Fry onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, and cumin.
- Mix cereals with onion, egg, a spoon of tahini paste, fresh parsley, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Shape into cutlets, coat with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
