Cooking instructions

  1. Cutlets
    • Boil millet and potatoes.
    • Blend onion.
    • Add garlic, olive oil, egg, and salt.
    • Mix everything together and form cutlets.
    • Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
  2. Gulash:
    • Cut eggplant, bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
    • Stew the vegetables.
    • Add herbs.
    • At the end add cut pickled cucumbers.
